Cinematography for animation course exposes students to the setup of lighting, camera angle and camera movement for the animation. It is closely related to the art of still photography. This subject aims to introduce the students to the basic principles and practice of animation production from concept development, to do planning, selection and resolution. By developing the student’s critical appreciation of animation, they develop an awareness of animation languages, terminologies and processes. By practically applying this knowledge to the development and realization of a concept, students are hoping to learn the production of a shot sequence in a structured and supportive manner.
